"I did a session with Karina to try to clear blockages in mind and body. I am currently 8.5 months pregnant and I feel like my session with her helped me tremendously to feel more confident and ready for labor.In the beginning of my reiki session she guided me through breath work. I had so much blockage that in the beginning it was hard for me to release a complete breath. She worked on my head, back, hips, and feet which are the areas where I held the most tension. Throughout the session I was able to breathe out a lot more making my body release a lot of tension that had accumulated over time. Her genuine guidance and powerful words helped me feel grounded and ready to enter motherhood. It even made me feel more connected to my little girl growing in my womb. In the end, we discussed my session and she gifted me some raspberry leaf teas that she prepared to help me prepare for labor. My journey cracked open in January 2019 after receiving my first Reiki session. I had no idea what to expect — but what unfolded was a full-body release, an awakening, and a powerful rebirth. From that moment, I made a vow to myself: I will no longer carry what does not belong to me.

I dove deep — into Reiki, energy work, shadow work, mirror work, and womb remembrance. I was guided by soul-expanding mentors, life-altering ceremonies, and a retreat in Sedona that awakened the voice of my inner child. I became certified in Holy Fire Reiki in 2023, launched my business in 2024, and have had the honor of working with women and mothers in sacred in-person spaces.

But something inside me kept getting louder — this work is bigger.
It’s not just Reiki. It’s not just in person.
It’s about liberating the sacred feminine.
It’s about awakening womben to their full, untamed power.

That call birthed The Divine Womban — a movement, a remembrance, a return.
This is soul work. Body work. Womb work.

I’ve shed versions of myself to stand here — as a guide, a leader, an activator of truth.
